iLinX brings timed events to DigiLinX. Configuration of the timer events is carried out from the iLinX application, but once configured, iLinX is not required to be running to trigger the
event.

Currently, two different types of events are supported:-

SimpleAlarm – where the user has the ability to create an Alarm, specifying
Room
Source
Time (single event, or weekly repeating schedule)
Volume Level
With simpleAlarms, volume is implemented as a soft-fade (1% of full-scale per second), so when selecting a source it implements a soft fade-in, and when selecting A/V Off it implements a Sleep function, with a soft fade-out

Macro – where the user can trigger any Macro that has already been defined in Dealer Setup, again specifying
Macro name
Time (single event, or weekly repeating schedule)
if Macro uses a “Current Room” reference, then we can specifiy what the current room is

Please note that this feature requires dealer installation of a new component into your system - the ControLinx that handles keeping track of current time, and which events are scheduled. Please contact your dealer to arrange this.

Note that whilst this feature is provided as a free upgrade to all registered iLinX customers, your dealer will charge for the supply and installation of the additional ControLinX device.

United States: 5 reviews, average 4.8 stars

(ALL VERSIONS)
Fantastic, fast and incredibly easy*****
by MusicTechGuru - Version 1.0 - Jun 19, 2009
>From the info and screenshots on the iLinX website, I had pretty high expectations (although I know things always look better on the company website then in person). I took the plunge, downloaded the app and ran it on my iPod Touch 2nd Generation. I was already connected to my house wireless network. The program opened up, took a a few seconds (I think it said "Discovering") and,,, wow! It's all there. I can control all of my system, browse my music, even see myIP cams! I have a large musc collection (mostly WAV files) so it takes a little time to sort through the database, but it seems to find everything.I even get artist and song info from XM and coverart from my music server.I use it around the house and out in the backyard where I have speakers.I find it really handy to keep next to the bed so I can turn the system off at night and on in the morning. I wish it had a way to use the clock in the Touch to set a wake up time for the system. Maybe that could be added?Frankly I initially thought it a little expensive, but then when I considered it in the context of the entire system, I decided to go for it. SInce it doesn't require anything else (no additional hardware or programming), I am realzing it is actually a really good deal. Go for it! Download it and you'll be up and running in a couple of minutes. It is so much fun and my whole family uses it (with no instructions!) more then any of the in-wall touchscreens. It is my favorite app I have donwloaded so far (although Pandora and Radio Paradise come close!)AAA++++

Lund Homes LLC*****
by Chris Lund - Version 1.0 - Jul 2, 2009
...thank you for writing this amazing app. This is just the sort of solution that will take the Netstreams products to the next level. It tested perfectly with an 8 zone DigiLinx system including a theaterlinx and an SMM100. - nice job!

Ilinx *****
by jet.jet - Version 1.0 - Jul 3, 2009
Awesome.....just made my home ip system comlete. Felt a little hesistant with the 150 price tag however really completes the netstreams. My pda ran the program too slow, the iphone runs much faster. Kudos to janus!

Netstreams *****
by Aqua doc - Version 1.1 - Jul 16, 2009
Fantastic, I would include an I touch in every install if the client does not have an I phone
